After successful payment, the seller will be preparing the shipment and send the goods in due time. If the shipment is not completed in the required time on the order page, Beststoreshopping will close the order and return all the funds to you.
Below is where you can see the countdown of the shipping time:
Mostly, sellers will complete the shipment process in 7 business days. The order status, then, will change to “The seller has shipped your order”.
If the seller does not respond to your request within 48 hours, the order will be automatically closed and refund will be returned to your account. Please contact the sellers if they refuse to cancel your order as the cancellation might cause losses to the seller while he/she is preparing the shipment.
Please take easy that the fund is guaranteed as Beststoreshopping knows how important your money is and we make sure that the refund is handled accordingly.
Usually, it takes 1-10 business days, varying with different banks, for buyers to receive the refund after the refund is successfully processed by Beststoreshopping.
You may click on to order detail page to confirm whether the refund has been successfully processed, please feel free to contact your bank (please provide the ARN to your bank if there is) to follow up the Refund status.

You are able to open a refund/return request or apply for refund/return within 15 days after you received your order.

How to appy for a refund/return? Simply click on the “return/refund” button on the order detail page, you will be led to open a return/refund request. All return/refund related actions and updates will be on this page, you can easily follow return/refund process on order detail page with one click.

During large sales, such as our Anniversary Sale and 11.11, you will find different activities or games to win coupons and coins (which can be exchanged to coupons). You can visit our site or app to check the pages or follow Beststoreshopping on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and VK to get updates about upcoming and ongoing activities.

Frequently Asked Questions
After seller send out your package, you will receive the goods in the promised delivery time. There is the estimated delivery time and shipping information shown on the logistics page (by clicking ‘Track Order’ button on the order list page).Note: the estimated delivery time will be updated based on the newest logistics information.
1. Unpaid order
You can cancel directly by clicking ‘Cancel Order’ button on order detail page.
2. Paid order
FOR SUCCESSFULLY PLACED ORDER :
You can cancel your order with seller’s approval. Cancellation process: Click ‘Request Order Cancellation’. Select a reason for cancellation
If order is still within 7 days after payment, order will be cancelled immediately.
If order is over 7 days after payment, seller should respond within 48 hours. When seller fails to respond within 48 hours, order will be cancelled automatically.
FOR ORDER IN STATUS ‘Payment being verified’ or ‘Payment processing’:
Please wait for the payment to process, it usually takes less than 48 hours. You can try to cancel the order after order status update, it will either be successfully placed, or automatically cancelled.
Refund will be processed to your bank/card account within 1-10 business days, this varies according to different payment methods.
3. Shipped order
If you no longer want the product, please get in touch with the seller first to try to come to a solution. If that doesn’t work, you can wait to receive the order first and then apply for a refund before the Buyer Protection has ended(usually 15 days after you received the order).
Note: Seller may not reply immediately due to high order volume or time zone delay (such as 11.11 Sales). Your patience on this will be appreciated.

You could edit address through order list or order detail page.
Note:you could edit contact name, mobile number, street, house/apartment/unit/apt/suite/unit information of address. Country, state, city and zip code couldn’t changed currently.
TO SHIP order:
Here are two suggestions for you:
① contact seller to send to correct address before seller ships the order
② cancel order immediately and re-order with correct address information
Note: For better shopping experience, we will post address changement function gradully, and it will be available to all users in March. If your order has ‘edit address’ function, please edit and change address directly.
Shipped order:
Seller have sent out the package to you, and it is currently in transit. We are sorry to inform that address couldn’t be changed under this situation, you are advised to contact seller to negotiate solution. Thanks for your understanding.
